VB Bookings

To book a treatment please email bookings@vanillabrowns.com or contact the spa directly by location Cork 021 4272027 Limerick 061 463608. Hotel Guests can also call from their room. To secure booking credit card details will be requested.

 

VB Cancellations/Late/No show

Please ensure that 48 hours notice is given, otherwise a 50% charge is incurred, if less than 24 hours a 100% charge in incurred. If you book within this time scale the same policy applies. Guests who arrive late for their treatments will be accommodated where possible; regrettable it may result in treatment time being reduced with no effect to treatment price. No shows will incur a cancellation fee as above.

 

VB Gift Vouchers

All vouchers can be used in any of our locations; you may purchase through our online shop, contact the spa directly by location Cork 021 4272027 Limerick 061 463608 or email bookings@vanillabrowns.com. Vouchers are valid for 6 Months only and are non refundable, we regret lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

 

Health & Safety

All guests must ensure they notify a staff member at the time of booking and in consultation form of any illness. Pregnancy treatments are not suitable for the first trimester; please advice of same at time of booking so we can accommodate you.

 

Spa Etiquette

Spa Robes are provided for multiple treatments only and for treatment duration. We also provide disposable underwear where suitable for selective treatments. We advise all guests to bring flip flops for Foot Treatments. Both Male and Female guests are welcome to avail of any of our treatments. For your ultimate relaxation, we request all mobile phones and portable devices are switched off.
